The attention from chris and Emma was stand out and exceptional. We we staying prior to moving aboard with a young family and over 18 bags. They made our stay so much easier by helping with bags, allocating ground floor rooms and just really caring about our stay to make it stress free. They have change my opinion of Travel lodge for the better. A* SERVICE.

I stayed at the Travelodge in Marlow recently, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing from the start. Upon check-in at 9:15pm, I found the staff rather rude, as if my arrival at that time was an inconvenience to them.
When I asked about parking, I was told it would cost £4 per night. In reality, it was £7.50. I was also not informed that there is free parking directly in front of the hotel. The seven allocated spaces for the hotel were full that night, but it would have been useful to know about the free option.
Another frustration was the internet. Not only do they charge for it, but even after paying, the connection was slow. The 30 minutes of free internet didn?t work at all for me. Considering the number of local hotels offering free, fast internet, this felt poor value.
A further surprise was the room cleaning policy. If you don?t put the sign on your door requesting cleaning, your room will not be serviced ? something I was not advised about at check-in.
Overall, I wasn?t expecting five-star service, but the lack of helpfulness, inaccurate information, and additional charges made the stay underwhelming. If the rate had been £20?30 per night, I might have accepted it, but given the price compared to local alternatives, I don?t feel it offered good value.

Great hotel for staying in Marlow or when visiting surrounding areas. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Parking is cheap for 24 hours. The hotel is about 15 mins walk from Marlow high street and easy to access when arriving off the motorway. There is plenty around the hotel but the bar / restaurant is also worth a visit if you don?t want to leave the hotel. Have stayed here multiple times and always been a great experience

Comfy bed but considering we had a super room it was very small and not many additional perks to make it worth the extra money. Bathroom really badly designed so couldn't use shower without flooding the bathroom or use the taps on the bathroom sink. Nice staff if you could find them!

Always love my stay here - use it regularly. Staff are always lovely and helpful, easy to locate and never stupidly expensive, even if I book last minute

A yellow and grey hotel set at the end of a wealthy corporate estate, (if walking from the train station.) There are 2 entrances to the hotel and feels pleasant, the breakfast area was nice and we saw lots of people walking to and from the gym across the street.

I didn?t even stay at the travel lodge as the room was overpriced for a last minute booking. Turns out marlow travel lodge charged me £3 on my phone bill just to call them and enquire about a room. What an absolute JOKE.

Fantastic staff, clean rooms, and breakfast was really nice. We loved the walk from here into town. This took about 16 minutes. The only thing that lets it down is the tv kept dropping out and pixilating. Also, I think free access to WiFi for people staying at the Travelodge would make the experience better.
I would stay here again.

Rooms very clean and comfy, Reading some reviews ,says it's in the middle of an industrial estate, actually it is at the end,and a very easy walk into Marlow ,about 160 meters away is the railway line, just cross over (proper crossing ) and it's a lovely walk in a beautiful residential area ,past the park and the river and you are in the town. All the staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly ,10 out of 10 to them.To you all, thank you.

Highly recommend this hotel, the staff are absolutely fantastic including Emma.
Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are great.
I do belive it is quite expensive at times to stay considering its a travellodge.
