The attention from chris and Emma was stand out and exceptional. We we staying prior to moving aboard with a young family and over 18 bags. They made our stay so much easier by helping with bags, allocating ground floor rooms and just really caring about our stay to make it stress free. Had a lovely evening at travelodge, The attentive employee Sharon made our night, kind and talkative, amazing service, lovely attitude, will be back her service made my night, lovely smiley and a joy to talk to. A real gold employee.
