I went in on Tuesday the 18th at lunch time to have the heels repaired on a pair of shoes. The staff member was very helpful and was able to carry out the work in less than half an hour.

I definitely would not use again - key cutting service a complete rip-off. Twice the price of other vendors I have used elsewhere for exactly the same keys. The manager blamed the company. I only purchased as urgently needed a spare pair of keys but will avoid at all costs in the future. £12 for a Yale key cut in less than a minute.

Always such excellent service. I took some boots in for repair and they put a couple of stitches in and refused to charge. Very quick key copying. Friendly, helpful, top quality. ???

Thanks to a top guy in store Saturday afternoon 5th Aug 2017. Put the back of my watch on for me and all he asked was that we put something in the charity pot. Watch Lab in Reading wanted £39 for the same 2 minute job.
