Rude, wouldn?t accept my rewards scan, because it wasn?t from the app itself. But added to wallet. Short changed on the meat in the sub. And salad was minuscule. Spent £15 on sub and salad. I get subways are franchises but you still have to follow a standard. Franchisees always trying to cut and make a saving

I don't normally leave reviews but I was shocked by how I was treated by the lady staff member and this has now happened numerous times. Today She asked what I would like and I was turned down with every option I gave saying that they were closing soon so I don't have time or it will take to long to make. The shop still had another hour before it was going to close and there was a person infront of me that had ordered multiple things so this was confusing. I just went for a churro in the end as no subs were allowed and it was rock hard that it wasn't even edible. (Even my dogs couldn't get their teeth in it) I'm honestly just really shocked how someone can be treated like this and but the sounds of other reviews I'm not the only one. The management really needs to take a look at how their business is being run.

It's a subway. The food is ok, the service is ok. The food never looks like the pictures on the menu or as advertised. But it's cheap and filling.

Ok but they never seem to take part in any of the offers Subway email me about (£4.99 foot long etc) and went to spend 500 points the other day where everywhere else allows you to choose any 6 inch sub on the menu whereas they said they have some weird rule about you only get a choice of 3! which are unsurprisingly the cheapest ones on the menu. Would choose a different Subway over this one now as happened more than once here.

Terrible service and RUDE staff. I have had the unfortunate experience of using this subway as closest to my home. They never read the order properly. 99% of the time the toast despite me NOT selecting toasted or the other 1% they leave the cheese off or something else. It is not hard to read the order and make accordingly. Do not call as the woman who usually answers, foreign accent of Indian origins, has got to be the rudest most unpleasant human being in a service role. Perhaps she should look up what it is to ?serve a customer? as to my mind hanging up and refusing to assist with confirming the order is unacceptable. Especially when the whole reason I?ve called is because they get it so wrong! Lucky this time I was able to cancel the order and will never use again.

Zero out of 5?. I ordered a foot-long Steak and cheese, 3 cookies and a soft drink. My order took over an hour to arrive. The foot-long was next to inedible. It was stone cold, with very little filling and the bread was stale. The cookies were missing and had been replaced with a packet of crisps. If I?d wanted a packet of crisps - I?d have ordered such?.. The drink was ok, thank the gods for pre bottled and sealed soft drinks. I telephoned the shop to complain and was told that the toasting machine was broken, they?d run out of cookies and it wasn?t they?re fault. If I was unhappy with this I should call back tomorrow to speak to the manager as he had gone home. I will be attending tomorrow.

Very unhelpful service in Subway today. Told the subs are as on the menu and you can't alter them or change what salad is included.
