Awful experience at Space NK Marlow? Very poor customer services. the make up consultant made me very uncomfortable, was puffing and answering me rudely when asking questions about the color of the foundations?sorry for asking I was looking for 3 new products and didn?t wanted to make a mistake. I don?t understand if you don?t like why keeping doing this job? I left feeling really bad! People in Marlow are really nice but this place OMG. Space NK should be ashamed to make customers feeling like that. Will not recommend this place ever.

I came into the store crying because I was having a really bad day. Jo was incredible. I left feeling gorgeous, with a totally new make up look and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. I recommend this store to anyone in need of TLC.

Really unhappy about a month long troubles with the staff making a big mistake, promising to sort it out, tell me it has been dealt with and finding out it was a lie and nothing has been sorted. Also promised to call me 4 days ago and clearly cannot be bothered. No wonder British retail is doing so badly when you treat customers in such an awful way...
