Visited the new Bagshot shop, and was helped by Fin.. was looking to replace my old Mizuno trainers. Not only could I try on the replacement version of my Mizuno?s but I also tried on half a dozen different makes, all with the main aim of making sure the trainers I walked away with where the right ones, that felt the most comfortable and fitted well.
Not had so much choice of running shoes in my size for many years. Thank you..

I popped in for a gait analysis to get my first proper running shoes and Dylan was so helpful!!! I don?t know much about running but felt at ease. I felt like I was making an informed decision and very happy with my purchase. Thank you :-)

amazing service they have different kinds of shoes for different prices they have a tread mill to try so kind and i came basically at closing time they then still helped me find the right size (bought wrong size) would recommend to everyone

I went in as I was looking for advice on my next pair of running shoes. I was assisted by Frank who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was insightful and loved talking running. I?ve always had a pleasant experience with the staff here and they have lots of good stuff! If you love running and you are in the area, then definitely check this place out.

Being from the area I have known this running shop for many years, every visit has tentative service and advice from a team who are runners. Today was yet again a fantastic experience and good service, rare do you go somewhere and get such consistent delivery. The range of brands and shoes, forgetting the size of shop, is impressive and well worth a visit. I am really looking forward to trying out my scary bright green Puma Deviate nitro's and picking up the pace a little.

Excellent customer service. My current trainers are for casual wearing and as I'm pretty new to the whole running thing I went in for some advice on footwear and Frank (I hope I'm right!) was great. He helped with my gait analysis and choosing the right pair. Tried a few on, found the most comfortable pair and felt an instant difference. My husband (who is a more experienced runner) happened to be with me and was impressed with their services that he had a gait analysis too. He told them what he was currently wearing which a shop in Windsor had recommended but now his plantar fasciitis was acting up. Frank and another colleague recommended another pair. There was no pushy sales tactics. Just honest advice and customer service. I did buy a pair but my husband didn't at the time as he'd recently bought a pair from the shop in Windsor. He's going back tomorrow to buy some. I would recommend Runners Retreat to new and experienced runners!

Start of May bought a new pair of running shoes. Felt great, however after 4 runs started to have blisters, nothing much but showed a point of rubbing with the inner sole
Went back, explained and showed them a picture. They were brilliant, found a pair of shoes same brand. Tried them had a run.
Straight exchange. All good. This is the reason to shop local and not online even though it?s a 40 mile round trip for me, . Great service. Definitely recommend and will be back.

I was served by a young lady named Ether (I hope I?ve got that right). She was a fantastic help and a real credit to the store. Unfortunately I did not purchase trainers yesterday but her help with gait analysis and discussing trainer options was very very appreciated. I will be returning to the store to complete purchase soon.

Went to their shop for some advice on new running shoes. The staff were so helpful and gave me great advice on what to buy. Bought a new pair and I?m so pleased with them. Would recommend this place to any everyone!

Great staff all goes the extra mile, extremely helpful and well trained in footwear. Prices are very reasonable, has a gait analysis machine.
