Postman came posted letter through letter box and was walking off with my parcel that was to be signed for. Lucky I was looking out and caught him before he disappeared. I have a ring bell and this was all recorded.

Confusing instructions try to instruct in confusing ways. Looks like surrounded by buildings that are in a state of disrepair. You are likely to collect your items fast and get out of there. May be that's intentional.

No place to park unfortunately in a dead road .

No parking so allow extra time. follow the road around to the left then you will see a gate on your right. footpath leads to the door .
