Staff all excellent many time they help me from difficult to easy cases. They are not open Thursday and Friday but they are the only one open in Marlow incredible but true . Awesomely good service in Branch from (i think) Olivera, she helped me with a tricky payment and was really competent and pleasant throughout, i was a bit worried about the transaction to start with, but her quiet confidence and pleasant manner eased all of that! Have always had good service in this branch from the whole team.

When you close a branch close your google maps branch down too. Irritating to come to a town specifically to find a closed branch.

My elderly mother uses your services in Marlow Branch. . With many banks closing branches and planning to switch to digit currency. What are your long term plans? As some people are not technological competent and those who are also need access to a branch anyway for many reasons. Have only given 3 stars as cannot base this on your future plans such as CBDC.
