I was buying my groceries for the week, when I asked a teenage boy for help and he was extremely rude and told me to F off when I asked what he meant from his ambiguous help. I think his name was Tom, he was a horrible assistant and I left quite upset.

The staff in this store should be so commended . They go that extra mile very helpful and make it a pleasure to shop . I wish every shop had their attitude . Just wish the store were bigger !

The worst M&S customer service I’ve ever had. Very rude staff - upon checking out I wanted to throw out a small paper bag from a croissant I had just finished while shopping.
