“Today was one of those wonderfully rare occasions when an unexpected surprise can be found just around the corner. We were strolling the streets of Marlow with our two year old son, when from the corner of our eyes we spotted a charming little shop. We decided to take a chance and head inside.The warmth of a welcome greeted us near the door; a friendly shopkeeper asked if we would like to try a sample of a delicious chicken dijon dish. It was mouth-wateringly good; enough to make us certain we were making a good choice in entering this shop. Our son was offered some bread sticks which he promptly took from us and demolished.Still impressed by the quality of the samples, we knew we had to take some of the dishes home. We chose a lamb moussaka, chocolate brownies, and mango and passion fruit cheesecakes to share. When we got home and couldn't wait to try the moussaka; and it was as amazing as we had hoped. The flavors came alive in our mouths, with a freshness and richness that is usually only found in homemade comfort food. We can't wait to try the rest, and we know this little shop has a returning customer in us.”
