Very disappointing experience. This was my first time ordering from Domino?s, and after this, I?m sure I won?t be ordering again. Their website doesn?t allow custom pizzas with dairy-free or plant-based options, so I had to call to place the order. They promised the same discount as online orders, which was the only reason I agreed to order by phone. However, I was charged full price?without any receipt or proof of the order. When I called to clarify, the customer service was dismissive and unclear. Additionally, the price she quoted me over the phone was different from what I was charged.
I also ordered Chicken Kickers, which the website describes as having a "mildly spicy" coating. Since I ordered by phone, I couldn?t see the product details, and the staff never warned me about the spice level. They should have asked if the food was for kids and given a heads-up about the spice, but they didn?t. As a result, the kids couldn?t eat them, which was very frustrating. It felt like a lack of care and transparency, especially after being promised a discount that wasn?t applied.

Ordered on just eat waited 30-40 mins no delivery. Called up and was told they need to check our order. 30seconds later order cancelled with no explanation and no refund

Customer service couldn't be any worse. If you're getting a pizza do it at least an hour before their said closing time, or they'll either reject your custom or will rush you to have an uncooked pizza. Or you'll have sanitiser sprayed into it because they start cleaning and closing an hour in advance. Been a big fan of Dominos for years, and definitely will get dominos pizza from anywhere other than Marlow.

I have to write this - I rarely leave a negative review however I was working late (in a hospital), asked for a pizza delivery to be left at any door and they took it back! It's a pizza!!!!Leave it and I will find it. What purpose is served by taking it back to the store.....Such a frustrating situation.
Yes they called, that I respect! But I said leave it knowing I can't have my phone always on me inside the hospital.

I ordered a pizza, said it was out for delivery, approx 3 minutes away, after 25 minutes we called, they said that they had waited at reception for me for 20 minutes, which was a complete lie as I was sitting next to the door, when I said was my pizza going to turn up he said that they were busy and only had 2 drivers, my husband called to ask where the pizza was and they immediately hung up on him, absolutely appalling

Ordered in store just 3 pizza and 1 chips, took along time to place order and they still forgot the chips. Pizza was nothing special considering the price. I can't really recommend.

when arrived my order had been given away to another.Then the replacement provided was the wrong order. A mistake by a well meaning employee.Spoke to the assistant/deputy manager who refused to provide a name for contact reference for refund.Then she was confrontational and aggressive rather than her well meaning college who had the sense to attempt to de-escalate and attempt to provide a solution.There was no attempt on her part to resolve the stores failure having closed less then 5 minutes prior or to offer any solution.Continued to give hostile responses to simple questions including if the Main Manager was avaliable.Completely unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills and requires retraining.

Up until today I?ve never had a bad dominos but that changed so dramatically today when in Marlow. After waiting 35 minutes for our food (store was not busy a the time) One pizza had so much sauce and no cheese at all, then a spass amount of toppings. Our other pizza was burnt and as for the cookies I?m thinking of using them on the fire to heat the house, the chicken strips were still cold like they hadn?t even been cooked. Honestly couldn?t believe how bad this was. You couldn?t pay me to ever go back there. Ended up at McDonald?s
