Very happy with the standard of service received from Rob, Rajisha, Michelle and Elba on my visits to the Marlow Branch. I immediately found the glasses I liked and was talked through the Style Service option which really appealed to me. Will be going back as my regular opticians' service has gone downhill. Well done DC Marlow! :)

I had an appointment at the Marlow David Clulow opticians today and had an eye test with Sandeep.It was a pleasure understanding and obtaining clarity around having long sighted vision.I learnt something new today and admired the thoroughness which demonstrated you are in good hands.100% would give my recommendation to visit the store and have this as your lead branch.

I have been going to this opticians for many years and always had amazing service from all the team. I have just popped in today to explain some issues I have been having with my varifocals that I love but just struggling with when looking at a screen. The extremely helpful gentleman knew exactly what the issue was straight away and literally went above and beyond with his service and solution to the problem. I am an extremely happy customer and this is why I continue to go back every year.

Went to the Marlow branch and the gentleman there was really helpful. He knew the different model of glasses and was knowledgeable about lenses etc. I find choosing glasses a bit painful as some staff want to help too much. But I chose a pair asked for his advice and bought a new pair in 20 minutes. Definitely going back. Simple and no fuss.

Would absolutely recommend this company for anyone looking for a great selection of eyewear and brilliant customer service. I dealt with a lady called Michelle who was absolutely fantastic. She gave me really honest advice and went above and beyond to find the right style to suit me. She was personable, informed and made the whole experience hassle free. Not often you find someone customer facing these days that actually makes that sort of impression on you. Will not being going anywhere else because of her.
