Took a 20 pound winning scratch card here to cash, the cashier told me the machine was buffering she then told me the machine wasn't working and asked how much the win was, I took the scratch card to another shop where they told me it had been paid!! I went back to this co op to complain, basically they didn't want anything to do with it, they stole my winnings! Avoid this place they have dishonest staff working here

I've been using this co-op for a couple of years. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, reviewers saying otherwise need to go and fix their own attitudes. Go touch some grass and get real. ?

Rude staff. I couldn?t find what l was looking for, and when l asked the young Asian girl at the tills, she laughed, and said ? we don?t sell that?. Disgraceful customer service !
