Took a 20 pound winning scratch card here to cash, the cashier told me the machine was buffering she then told me the machine wasn't working and asked how much the win was, I took the scratch card to another shop where they told me it had been paid!! I went back to this co op to complain, basically they didn't want anything... read full comment

I've been using this co-op for a couple of years. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, reviewers saying otherwise need to go and fix their own attitudes. Go touch some grass and get real. ?

Rude staff. I couldn’t find what l was looking for, and when l asked the young Asian girl at the tills, she laughed, and said “ we don’t sell that”. Disgraceful customer service !
