Honestly, I wouldn?t recommend. The way we were treated wasn?t okay. They lack duty of care, compassion and professionalism. After speaking to someone from the local eye hospital, I?m now aware that boots Marlow really doesn?t provide the basic care that is required, and because of this, we are now battling a condition which should have been picked up weeks ago. After being turned away by the Marlow branch due to my mums new glasses giving her facial blisters (Marlow insisted she booked an appointment to speak to someone, they couldn?t see her for a week) we went straight to the beaconsfield branch, who not only where so lovely and accommodating, but they are also disgusted at the way the Marlow branch handled multiple situations. They fixed my mums glasses is less than 30 seconds, whereas boots Marlow wouldn?t even give a ?yes or no? answer because the optician was late for her lunch. I will now be taking this further.

I took my 4 year old here today and the girls were amazing with him. He felt very relaxed having his eye tests and I learnt a lot too. Overall really pleased that I chose this branch. It was also really clean and tidy.

Good choice of frames. The optician and lower level staff were lovely but the manager was condescending towards his staff and customers.
