Watch lost its shine.
I understand the different services they provide which will result in dirty hands, but with the lack of gloves or even a clean cloth
My black silver watch has lost its shine after links were removed and now my watch is left looking dull with waxy looking fingerprint parks on the watch strap

I visited this Timpsons 10/02/2025 and the gentleman that assisted me was extremely helpful and friendly. ( I'm sorry I didn't take his name!) There was another customer that was having some trouble finding information she needed to provide and he was very patient and helpful with her as well.

David helped me send my Omega watch for repair and service all the way to Switzerland ? it was very pricey service but the watch has great sentimental value (price was not set by Timpson and the communication throughout was spot on). The work was better than expected too. Otherwise had 2-3 batteries changed to some of my quartz watches. Great service overall

Absolutely brilliant. Popped in as my shoes were in need of repair. Ended up having a lengthy and positive chat with David about what I needed/not needed, and he was very helpful. If I need anything else, I will be asking for David again as he was great. Brilliant service, and he clearly knows his stuff.

Everything you'd expect from a Timson. I had some keys cut, and one needed refinement. I just took them back, and the staff member sorted it out, no problem. It's a shame they don't stock Kiwi polish any longer. Otherwise, they'd be perfect! ??

Not great went to get my heels repaired not great as I now have to go somewhere else to get it re-done and cleaned as they don?t clean your shoes anymore?, I picked up the same day, but I really was disappointed as they looked half done and just bad not even at all. The shoes were covered in dust after so not even brushed off form where it was fixed . I just feel like there was no care put into it

Took my watch there to get the battery replaced, when I collected it, one of the smaller hands on the back the face (indicates what day it is) had been broken - the hand just rattling around inside the case. The guy who was working on it denied braking it and wouldn?t help me out. Won?t be taking another watch here.
