Great place, quite relaxing and the service was incredibly fast. I have loved the baked feta and the smoked haddock. Recommend!

Visited The Old Queens Head and had a brilliant experience. Even though it was extremely busy, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Maddy, a member of staff who went above and beyond ? she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home despite the rush. Her exceptional service really made a difference.
The food was absolutely beautiful ? full of flavour and clearly made with care. Everything from start to finish was spot on. Can?t wait to come back again!

We go to the Old Queens Head a lot & it never fails to deliver. The food is always superb (though not cheap) & the team there are helpful & friendly. The atmosphere is great - It is always buzzing with people. A great place for a few drinks or a delicious dinner.

Had our wedding reception here 30 years ago and thought it would be nice to go back and have lunch. Didn't disappoint at all. Some bits have changed obviously but still a lovely pub and great food. Staff make you feel very welcome.

We had a very delicious roast beef lunch today. Excellent yorkshires and very good beef ( we were asked how we liked it cooked, always a good sign.)We also ordered the cauliflower cheese which was tasty and decent portion ( we shared it). Will certainly return as very enjoyable time.

This pub is one of my absolute faves! Staff are very attentive and polite. The food is always delicious! We have had a sunday roast here before which is amazing. We've also done a valentines menu which was superb. Definetly recommend if your in the area.
