I spend an incredible amount of money with Dreams by buying two beds and mattresses. Although I was welcomed and had a good welcome and service in their store, I cannot say the same about their customers service when I called them , I spend in my last transaction over £2,000 on a bed and mattress. When I called the customer service I had a woman who was rather abrupt in her approach, and when I asked her if she could please waived the cost of the assembly of £60.00 she replied with a categorical NO. Her approach was quite off putting and I would not buy again from Dreams, I am actually going to cancel my whole order.I am really disappointed by a company who proud themselves in having a good relation with their clients to have had such a bad experience with their customer service.Also please be aware under their small prints, you would lose your deposit it you decide to cancel after 3 Days. Absolute ripoff!!!! Even if your bed hasn?t yet been delivered. Absolutely shocking!!!Danielle from London.

Have had an amazing experience with dreams so far, but would definitely like to bring to attention the amazing service Jasvinder kaur from the Customer Delivery Team, has delivered to me. She has consistently gone above and beyond her call of duty to enure I have a a great customer experience and a smooth purchasing journey. I ordered a mattress from dreams and paid extra to have it delivered in the afternoon. Two days before delivery I received a text saying delivery was between 1.30pm and 3.30pm and this slot could not be changed. This slot was perfect as I slotted it round my work .On the delivery day at 7.30 am I received a text saying due to a cancellation my delivery slot was now 11.30am to 1.30pm.I immediately rung the driver up and said I was not available and I had paid for the 1.30 to 3.30 slot .The driver rudely said that due to duty of care he was not working in the heat past 12 noon and if I wasn't going to be in he would leave the mattress outside !!!!!.After a heated discussion he comprised delivering at 12.30 which meant I had to leave work earlier just so he wouldnt dump the mattress .When they arrived at my house they were not happy at having to deliver at that time and then refused to take the mattress up stairs despite paying to have it delivered to a room of my choice .I am in my 60's and could not manage the mattress on my own but they didn't care less and left .I had to get family round to get the mattress upstairs .I will never use Dreams again and urge everyone reading this to do the same

Worst most rude company you can deal with! Avoid don?t deal to them, they will not give you dreams simply Nightmares in my opinion. Bought products from them and they have washed there hands of the sale saying it?s supplied by another company so they are no interested in helping. I went to a dreams showroom and paid dreams but they don?t care! Avoid!!!

Hi,I have made numerous complaint in regards to my order the limerick sofa bed. I have paid the full price and the assembling price. The order was made in November and I was made aware there would be some delays only few weeks. But after the purchase, your company made further delays and overall made me wait for over 3 months.Once the sofa was delivered your assembling engineers did not do their job, trying to finish the job quickly they played a cunning sly tactic by leaving hard piece of cardboard inside in between the connection so that I don't notice. I didn't realise this at the time because I was working from home and busy with work therefore I took comfort Dreams was a reputable company and I don't need to supervise afterall it is their field of work, not mine.I only noticed I brought my disabled mother to my house after the 3 months because I had nothing in the house for her to sit before. Only to realise the sofabed had huge gaps, I was so upset and disappointed that my mum could not even sleep over and I was tricked with such a slow tactic from a reputable big company as Dreams.When I contacted Dreams to explain, they sent out QA engineer to check and then they could not fix this as damage had already been done. They took it down as faulty and ordered a new one and assured me that I would be prioritised and the new one will be sent to me soon.Now Dreams are telling me to wait another 3 more months, did not offer to refund the assembling cost. Only offerred to refund the cost of the sofabed and refused to refund the matching single seater sofa and ottman stool. What in the world am I meant to do with mismatched single sofa and ottaman stool?The whole point I purchased to match the whole sofa set, now that you have my money your abusing the position but you failed to fulfil your end of the contract under consumer law and witholding my money.only offered to compensate me with couple of sofas and throwovers whilst, what rubbish service is this?When I complained further to speak to the manager, your sales team said I will receive a call within 73 hours...its been several weeks and I still not even received a call or emails.At no where you have advertised I will be receiving a faulty sofa with huge gaps, at no where you have advertised I will have to wait for over 6 months just to get the sofa I paid full price.Dreams have breached the contract under consumer law and contract law. You have not fulfilled your end of the bargain and I have paid the full money and throughout the whole process you have constantly breached your end of the contract and misrepresented the whole thing. You have not resolved my complain at all. Nor do I know at all what is happening with my order and I am currently stuck with a faulty sofa that you have taken my full money!I want this to be resolved ASAP or I will be seeking legal action.The readers reading this, don't bother buying from dreams anymore.

Very excellent service, great customer service. Dennis at Norwich branch in Sprowston was very helpful, delivery drivers very friendly and on time. Contacted me an hour before saying that they were not far, delivery bang on time. Highly recommended to others. Will definitely use this service again ??

Faulty bed. Cost Over £2k. Got our money could not give a monkeys. Very rude service. Been waiting 4 months for a replacment, then the old chestnut. The warehouse burnt down call back in the new year.

Really, really bad experience!! Ordered a product, returned it, few months later still waiting for someone to refund my order! The staff won't bother to investigate what happened with your order and just let you wait months for a reply.

have tried endlessly to get hold of customer services. Also the links on dreams site to complaints procedure dont work. And replyinf to emails on my order get returned as unknown. Hoping someone reading this can send me the complaints email address for online orders

Absolutely awful experience, visited Brislinton store to check out mattresses, shown a good offer by salesman POS £349 for single. Returned 2 days later to place order, same POS in place but when went to pay was told £449, POS incorrect and they would not let sale go through and withdrew product from sale. Tried to ring head office, 22 minute wait for CS, 17 minutes in phone was cut off. Avoid this terrible company at all cost.

Spent an hour earlier this year in Bolton branch 1st January 2020,in wheelchair honest about conditions. We bought two adjustable beds, tempur, sent wrong mattress in my case, told I had to wait 40 nights before exchange then pay, in a cloud supreme, assured, this would help, am sleeping with 1tog quilt and still too hot, also mattress feels like a saggy piece of rubbish after. a few months!! Revisited Bolton shop Friday, told had purchased wrong mattress and advised to sell it and buy another tempur with a coloured strip at well over a £1000 I think not!! 20 years in retail and would have sacked my staff for such dishonesty we did not display any animosity to salesman and just left in disgust. I am in such a state physically now because of not getting a night's sleep, also distressed we will have to find more money from pensions to try to address my situation.

Horrible experience with such a 'reptuable' brand. The whole company top to bottom run by cowboys! Avoid at all costs! You're better off going to a competitor or even a small independent retailer pay slightly more at least they will at operate with Integrity and not try to rip you off. Rating one star is even generous for them, one big SCAM!!

Very bad customer service. They never tell u in store that theres no return on any reason on frame. And mattress exchange Its not really true. You have to pay to exchange and has to be same price and size and refund . But they never said that when we went to buy. Customer service told me to go and complain to any organisation as we cant help you. Spent £2000 and cant even have a good sleep as it was a wrong buy
