People do not use gent works, we purchased 3 items and was told online we would expect delivery within 7 days , 2 of the items arrived , there third did not, so our customer sourced a simlair item of the third , as a result the customer did not want mixed items from different suppliers, so the purchased the same as the 2 items , so we asked gentworks for a refund , which is our and everyone's right under "distance seller regulations " items returning was not opened and in full sellable condition and within the 14 days returns window , they offered to return bit with a 25% restocking charge even tho we offered to hand deliver the items back to there office , we was informed by Dan that they don't adhere to the distance deeper regulations even this it's the law and informed us that they can charge 35% restocking charge ! This is unacceptable , so people beware this company is unreliable with delivery dates and will charge to return , stay away from this company
