I have only been to Claire's a few times but today I'm going to place my ears and also I can tell that Claire's is a good store even though I have only been there sometimes 5 star review ??????????????????????????????? keep up the good work you're guys service is the best!!

Sarah at Claire?s pierced my daughter?s ears today, she was amazing and so friendly and molly loved it! Couldn?t be happier with how it went and so nice to have a friendly, chatty person to put my daughter at ease. Definitely recommend!

I visited the store on Sunday with my daughter and 3 year old granddaughter Freyja. Freyja has special needs and is obsessed with lanyards. Casey who was working in the store had a wonderful lanyard that she was happy to let Freyja play with whilst we browsed. This made such a difference; and was so appreciated. I just wanted to thank Casey; and let her know that Freyja loves her new very own lanyard and accessories to go with it. Casey is a credit to Claire's xx

We went today to have both of our daughters ears pierced (6 & 8). Sarah the manager is amazing. Completely put us at ease, talked us through everything and made our girls very comfortable. Highly recommend and thank you

Staff member, allegedly the store manager, point blank refused to consider an exchange/refund of a faulty item - a hair bobble that costs £3.50. The item was purchased by my 8 y/o daughter, who unfortunately likes this garbage? When the member of staff was presented with the faulty item and the corresponding receipt, she stated that the company policy prohibits replacement of a ?used? item. I accept that products sold at Claire?s are cheap and of low quality, what I cannot accept is the attitude displayed by their representative that caused an 8 year old child to cry.
