If you can avoid this store please do yourself a favour.In the morning,I am coming to exchange something, two girls at the till (one with bleached hair and accent other one is tall dark skinned) with 0 listening skills, not only they are not aware of what customer service is they are actually extremely rude, intimidating.( When the issue was raised with moody manager (who couldn?t care less) and later on with customer complaint department manager (who btw said, their words is against yours, next time get their employe ID which can prevent you from being mistreated) not much actions were taken or sincerely apologies were given.People don?t go to these high-street shop excepting some kinda special customer service.Everyone wants to get their job done and leave. If you can?t even provide basic customer skills. And be disrespectful towards the people then perhaps it?s time to change jobs.Zara HR and Customer Complaint Department unless you take actions staff will carry on behaving like that towards the customers.

Not a great experience. I was disappointed by the collections they have and they are very poorly staffed. This is quite unprofessional. Customer service is non-existent here. I prefer the H & M located in the same shopping centre and that's way better than this shop.

Took the time to check via internet what Sunday opening time was. Arrived five minutes after the 10:30AM posted opening time to be informed that I could only browse, and that the tills wouldn?t open until 11AM.Why doesn?t you site reflect that?

This Zara outlet is a disgrace. On a Saturday afternoon they had one person on the till while others who worked there aimlessly wandered around holding a clothes hanger or a couple of items of clothing. I asked a member of staff if they could jump on a till as the queue was very long and people were abandoning their clothes and walking away. She didn?t even respond and plodded indolently on her way like some malfunctioning automaton.The range of clothes was narrow and poorly laid out. Service was non existent. I would recommend lovers of Zara to avoid this pitiful embarrassment of a store and a stain on the Zara brand.

The manager in this store is so rude tutting and rolling her eyes and just being so rude! It?s not right someone should be able to manage a store when they make people feel really uncomfortable and treated awfully if Zara had any decency for it?s customers they would not allow such people to be employees

Long queues, only one person on till she had to radio a supervisor/manager to get authorisation for customer she was dealing with, he came authorised then just walked away, the long queue didn?t bother him! Terrible customer service

Absolutely shocked at todays service. I?m a loyal customer who will no longer be shopping in High Wycombe store. I had an online return and the tag came off. I knew I had the tag but it must have come off in the bag. Shortly after discovered it at the bottom of my shopping bag from another store. The sales cashier and store manager were extremely rude and accused me of washing them because they smell nice. I have had them for few days sat in my hall way of which no doubt probs had the scent fall on them from my air fresheners. They do not fit me so definitely not worn. I?m disgusted with being treated like this and I will not be going back!

Shocking customer service. Just pointed out to the very rude girl on the till in childrens wear that I had been overcharged, she tutted and totally ignored what I had pointed out to her. She did amend the amount to pay but didn't apologise, look at me or say thank you. 22/7/22 at 14.55Terrible experience, staff definitely need some training in customer service!

I'm a regular customer of Zara. Online and I store. Unfortunately the staff there are the rudest I've ever come across! Why are Zara staff always so rude! ?

Miserable unhelpful staff thats not exclusive to any particular staff as most i?ve spoken to have the same attitude however i think this is a job requirement when working for the inditex group being arrogant and rude.

Awful customer service. Having stood in a queue with one person serving, I asked a young assistant if someone elseCouldCome on the til. Without consulting anyone, she just said ?Nah?there isn?t..d?ya know what I mean??. Er?.sorry?Sulky manager being completely ignorant to the fact her colleague was drowning at the till and had no intention of easing things by serving at the till. When she finally did come to the rescue, No smiling or being customer centric or apologetic. Why are these people in this job? After 15 mins in a queue with only two people in front of me, I finally got served. Lady who served me was the one drowning but was polite and sweet, but the same can?t be said for the manager. I won?t be returning to this store.
