I always have the most amazing experience in this Waterstones thanks to the staff! All members of staff are so friendly and talkative but especially a younger person, short hair and glasses (I don?t know their name), who always has a book recommendation when I can?t pick one and she is always so attentive to every customer I see her with. Customer service is really what makes a Waterstones experience and this staff member always does the best job at it!
If you?re in Eden shopping centre and you?re a reader, I will never not recommend this Waterstones store.

A member of staff was so friendly and encouraging while we spent time in the bookshop. I am trying not to buy too many books at the moment due to a backlog, but they gave me so many ideas of where to go next when I am looking. They also spoke to my daughter and her partner (all seperately) and was experienced in a variety of genres that appealed to us, but we all have slightly different tastes and they picked that up really quickly. You don't get this service at online sellers!

Came in for a book for my boyfriend today, lovely lady called Kinga/Kingar served me. She had great service and seemed to enjoy her job, cant say much for the other staff. Overall lovely shop very happy

Great book shop in Wycombe, smaller than some Waterstones but it has all the top books, staff good. You can probably click and collect or order in shop.
