I m using Vodafone pay as you go from aug 2023 its been 6 months and I went to highwecombe store to get a pay monthly sim card but the lady with blonde hair messed it up and told me try again in 3 months then I went back again after 6 months and again there was a guy he again messed it up and told come back in 3 months so really ? Its funny my credit score is been reasonable and this happens cz staff is careless or not well trained with how the systems works so never ever recommend anyone specially the Highwycombe store
But I went for 3 store just one click done ? got a sim card for monthly repayment
Owner should aware of this otherwise will loose more and more very bad experience

The staff is rubbish, made me wait sitting for 15 minutes because he wanted to get doughnuts from Krispy Kreme only to come back and tell me they can't help me because they are closing.... avoid this place

Avoid this place went in there due to an issue with my partners contract and they didn't seem to care and told us it's not really there problem is it, I said there was no need to be rude was there to her reply well there's a 3 store round the corner if you wish to go to them. Reported to head office for rudeness to customers

Always helpful and although they couldn't sort the issue immediately, they advised and assisted so that the problem was able to be resolved quickly.

The network can be rubbish sometimes but every Vodafone office is a relief. I wish the service at the offices can be transferred to the network.
