Didn't feel flustered or rushed while searching through the frames mind you i had plenty of time myself to do a proper search for what i thought might suite my facial features.
when i was approached by a member of staff, whom pointed out one of the frames I had chosen would cause pinching I would become very painful in a short period of time so forget those ones the second pair however we're perfect preceded to the counter with my choice of lenses, colours lenses and react to light.
All in all a great experience I was made to feel relaxed uncomfortable last I was there

Made appointment 2 weeks ago, confirmed appointment by sms and online 3 days before appointment. Got a call on day of appointment to say they won't have time to do both eye and contact lens check and I will have to come back later for eye test, if I have contact lens check today i still won't get my contact lens which I have made 3 payments for as I will need to book an eye test for another day. Very unprofessional, incompetent service to raise this issue as last min and lack of professionalism or customer service to try to fix their own mistakes. Customer of nearly 10 years. Will cancel debits and not use again. Spoke to Sarah who wasn't very helpful at all. Expecting a refund and email confirmation of cancellation of direct debit.

Myself and my family always get great service from Vision Express. The staff in the High Wycombe store are always friendly and professional.One of the reasons that we always go there is because they support our military veterans and personnel and the members of the emergency services & NHS staff, by accepting the Blue Light and Defence Discount cards.They support us so we support them.

COMPLETE HOPE LESS SERVICES, MADE SO MANY MISTAKES IN MY SONS GLASSES , FIRST WROMG FRAMES THEM WRONG GLASSES THEN SMALL FRAMES AND OBSR ALL TOOK 25 days AFTER WE GOT ONE PAIR OF GLASSES I WOULD GIVE 2/10*. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

i had such a bad experience with customer service, i don?t remember the boys name but he had his hair tied up with glasses. he was just very rude and hostile to me. will not be returning.

I've been a customer of Vision Express High Wycombe for over 10 years, I was very impressed when I first went there and ever since then they have become even better - the staff are very friendly and helpful, the opticians are first class professionals, they treat you as friends, nothing is too much trouble for them, and they always give the finest advice. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Took a week longer than expected.. refused glasses as the lenses were not secure in the frame.. way overpriced, I saw the same frame online for £50, vision express charged me £200. Go to Boots.

Very knowledgeable staff; as a diabetic vision check ups are very important and the people here were fully aware of this. The feedback from my contact lense check, discussions contact lense technology, retinal eye scan, and of course, my eye test itself were all carried out very professionally. Highly recommended.
