A bit of a wait as there was only one person there (Saturday 17:00) who was already dealing with something else over the phone.When it was my turn though, all my questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner. Very good customer service.

Nanette was brilliant right from the moment we stepped into virgin holidays at high Wycombe. She went above and beyond to put together our holiday to LA and Vegas which included hire of a vehicle, lounge passes at airports, hotels flights and giving us some good tips for when we arrive. Because of our experience with Nanette we wouldn?t hesitate to use virgin holidays again thank you so very much

Customer service is OK but we went Disney via Virgin and although we went basic I expected a lot more than we got from the apartment we stayed in. They also didn't tell you that they only way you get your discount money is to sit through a timeshare sales event. I'm still waiting for my money to be paid back!! Would never use them again.

Great atmosphere, classy and well presented will def visit again when the wax work models get changed. Alot to see and view. Was a good few hours inside but great fun.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. It's great that there is a Costa coffee on site too. Only issue is parking, sometimes it's almost impossible to find a space and the digital displays are never accurate (today it stated 48 spaces, there were none and a long queue!)

Good range of clothing for all ages, nice to be able to grab a coffee and sit down. Queues can be long in busy periods, and the car park can be packed, but overall a good experience with helpful staff.

It's ok. A reasonable sized Next Department store with the usual variety of stock and sizes (unless you of the very small or slightly 'rounder' dimensions).Only slightly annoying thing is the now typical happy clappy assistant who makes a dive at you to assist. We know it's company policy, but give us a chance to browse, it's all part of it when shopping.Just remember to sharpen them elbows at the infamous Next Sales and get there stupidly earlier before all the others if you want that 50%+ off bargain.

Good big store with clothing and home. Nice to have a proper Costa in store. Car park can get busy, try to head up the ramp for the most spaces

This is a very large next with a costa inside. The changing rooms are a good size and plenty of them. Plenty of parking though can be tricky getting in and out if there is a sale on!

Very good choice of fashion for the whole family. Lovely home ware and furniture department. Very easy parking and the added bonus of a Costa on the top floor.

Staff always polite, friendly, and helpful, plus they have a good select of items. Add bonus that there is also a Costa coffee shop in store, with staff that are also polite, froendly and helpful.

Full of lovely clothes for men, women and children to suit all occasions. The Times are sections are packed with brilliant and beautiful items. The shop is plenty big and has the parking to go with it. Easy access to the A404 and M40 from here, and there is a Costa Coffee inside. The staff are amazi g here. Very friendly, very helpful and always prepared to lend a hand or give some advice. Never been to a better Next!
