Staff always really helpful. On occasions when I have needed counter service or support with banking needs I have been very pleased with the service provided.particularly grateful to Katherine who has usually dealt with the more complex matters like probate and powers of attorney. She has patiently guided us through everything. Really pleased.

I sent for new cheque book 16.1.025 still waiting.very strange that on the slip for new cheque book it is printed..send to...my sort code? Is on address.having listened to the public this is a very bad bank that doesn't care for customers security/safety of their money.l am going to change..a bank of safety called nationwide

They close all the local branches, forcing customers to a distant branch which you can?t even contact by phone to make an appointment. Useless!

Lovely staff, and good service , but the hours are terrible if you actually need to be present in person.
