Worst ever seen room service.
I want to give them zero rating.
Room service staff remove the DND tag and shouted on me sept 19.
Didnt clean and popup after numerous complaints.
Hell service. Totally rubbish !!

Nice comfortable clean rooms staff very nice and welcoming and customer service is great and nice and quiet hardly any noise from the road

We booked 3 room for our family for 2 nights couldn't sleep in any of the rooms because of constant noise from passing vehicles the windows fitted are of very very poor quality hence easily noise gets in .
Also the cards stopped working few times a day .
I wouldn't recommend it at all to anyone
Picked this hotel because of the area .

Awful. Overwhelming heat on the fifth floor. Noisy. Keys breaking endlessly despite not keeping them near phone or cards. Reception day staff rude (although the one who checked me in was quite nice to be fair and thanks to her).
I'm not overly fussy generally, but never again. I am so sad that I booked this place as I feel ill after one night here.

Apart from that the location is good, nothing else about this place is.
The room smelt like when you don?t let washing dry properly and I?ve come away bitten to shreds. The bathroom door didn?t close properly and the room was really warm. They did give us a fan but it didn?t help much as you can?t open the window without a lot of noice.
I paid for breakfast for myself and my partner and wished we?d just gone to the Weatherspoons round the corner. The food was subpar at best and the juice was so bad I couldn?t drink it. It had what looked like limescale floating in it.
My partner and I had a drink in the bar before we headed to our room where we overheard the member on staff moaning about another customer staying there. This was loud enough for us to hear on the other side of the room. Really unprofessional.
The staff weren?t helpful and welcoming at all.
I definitely won?t be staying again and wouldn?t recommend it to anyone.

Very basic rooms, no fridge, no air-conditioning but there was a fan in the room. Reception and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast plentiful, an English style buffet plus some cereal, fruit and yoghurts.
Location is good, central, but access not easy to find as it's in a carpark so if you're looking for a street front entrance it's not very obvious.
This is reasonable if you don't plan on spending much time in your room but just need somewhere to stay as you have things to do in town. I attended a conference so it was fine and close to the venue. I wouldn't say it's a place for a romantic weekend.

A bit noisy from the road so be prepared. No parking you will have to use Eden car park about 3-5minutes walk to the hotel.

Absolutely awful, we stayed here as it was the nearest to Silverstone we could get. Our room overlooked the main road outside. We had to shut the window because of the traffic noise, and even with it shut, it night as well have been open. If you're a light sleeper avoid. Then there was the awful stench of weed in the corridor leading to our room (222) Of we weren't so tired and knowing we couldn't get anywhere else, we'd have walked back out again. AVOID

Exceptionally noisy room, no air con and room Hadn?t been cleaned properly. Loose rizzlas left on the desk. Tiny claustrophobic bathroom. Rear door broken, had to walk all the way around.

If you want to sleep don't go here all your hear is cars bike coming off the roundabout at pace also emergency vehicles sirens . I had to go out a by ear plugs .staff and service is very good but location let down with traffic noise. The wifi is poor so I wouldn't pay for that . Car parking is across the road in a shopping centre £12.50 for 24Hrs . I could wait to check out . Also no lift if your disabled had to watch a old woman been helped up the stairs while her daughter carried the wheelchair Disgraceful

Worst night sleep I've ever had, next to a busy main road. I was also told by Janice the manager that the other side was worse, due to a nightclub being open until 2am. I am shocked at the pricing and inadequacy of this hotel. Rude staff, dirty rooms, loud noise with no insulation. What are we paying for?
