Really, really appalled at the way I?ve just been treated in this store by one of the young store assistants. Really politely asked if she could request someone else to jump on the till as there was only one lady serving and 8 people in the queue, by no means was I expecting her specifically to go on as I could see she was busy, she got on the till and from the queue I heard her say to her colleague that I asked for her to go on the till and scoffed about it and I chose to ignore that however after I paid the same girl went back to her colleague and said ?that was the one that asked me to get on the till - like just wait?? I confronted her as this was the second time she had spoken about me and I want to clearly reiterate as someone who has worked in retail myself I know customers can be a pain but I was extremely polite when asking her and thanked her after I could see she was going to the till, so this really, really upset me. It?s my 3rd time in the store today and I?ve spent well over £100 as I?ve just moved here and want to redecorate. I was planning on buying most of my stuff here but due to this experience I won?t ever go back. Really awful to be treated like this.

Roberta is one of the best employees I?ve ever had the pleasure of meeting ? so accommodating and made me feel like I was shopping in Harrods. I really hope she can help me again when I come in and shop for my skin care :)

This chain is always hit or miss, but this specific store has got worse and worse over time. It?s worryingly disorganised and the products are treated with minimal care. But at the same time I?ve got some really reasonably priced Ralph Lauren Oxford shirts and it?s the go to place locally for decent priced designer boxer shorts. I?ll continue to come here, but set your expectations low to avoid disappointment.
