Went to get some keys cut.
The assistant was sat down googling on his phone.
He asked me to come back in half an hour to collect.
Went back an hour later, he was still sat down looking at his phone. He didn't even remember that I had dropped the keys in, so hadn't started them. I had to wait while he cut them.
I won't use that branch again.

Awful service. Stood for 20mins being ignored.i politely asked if I could ask a quick question to which the response was 'yes' without even looking up from the desk. Left and will take my service elsewhere. Customer service training is very much needed!

Very poor service. They ruined my leather satchel which I took in for repair. After a few weeks wait the zip that was installed was too short and led to my strap breaking off. This fantastic work only cost £80!I later went to Reshoe who FIXED my bag to a high quality for £15!

I've given this shop a fair bit of business previously but I am ceasing my business from today with the rude owner who's customer service is non-existant.Last week I spent £64 on getting keys cut and needed another 10 keys cut yesterday. Poor customer service has lost them a good customer!
