Suman the sales person in the Eden High Wycombe branch was fantastic. Kind, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and extremely professional. She is a credit to the 3 company and generally other sales people could lean a lot from her. I?m sure that what she is getting paid isn?t enough for someone who will go that extra mile for a customer. ??

I've been a 3 Mobile subscriber for many years. My loyalty to the network stems from the Team's professionalism and exceptional attention to client satisfaction. I use the Customer Service branch at Eden Shopping Centre in High Wycombe because of the best advisor you can imagine ? Zuzanna. She always remembers to inform about new, attractive offers and, above all, helps you take advantage of them efficiently and quickly. Personality, attitude, and professionalism are the most important qualities of a Customer Service Advisor. They are the reasons why I enjoy visiting this place regularly. I recommend it to all potential clients !

The staff there Suzanna and another lady helped with an issue with an old honor mobile phone. The phone was only 3g.I wasn't able to receive phone calls or phone my Mum who has Dementia on that phone. They helped explained options and answered my questions professionally and showed empathy. I left that shop happy.

Such a good experience last Saturday.
I went there to change my phone and renew my contract and the staff was really friendly and very helpful, they understood was i was looking for and I must add very patient.
