Suman the sales person in the Eden High Wycombe branch was fantastic. Kind, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and extremely professional. She is a credit to the 3 company and generally other sales people could lean a lot from her. Absolutely useless service. 3 have lost their touch. Lpiss poor signal and customer service is shocking including the staff at the High Wycombe branch
