I had a very bad experience today in this shop, very poor and rude customer service, while I was buying something for my son, my daughter was holding a little sqwishy ball which she found on some items behind us and she put it back on the same place where she found it because she knows that she?s not buying it, the member of staff on the till looked at my daughter and asked her ? where did you get this from?? and my daughter answered I found it here, so that staff left the till in a very rude way coming towards us and saying ?no you didn?t find it here? what made my daughter look shocked and very scared. To that staff member I just want to tell her even though a child held something and put it somewhere else it?s not the end of the world, if you?re not happy at your work or even not ready to work it?s better for you to stay at home and not make the customers feel that they?ll never enter this shop again.
