Rude staff, was actively trying to buy something and staff kept leaving to serve other customers. No assistance, just rude staff.

Recently went to the shop with my daughter trying to buy some Christmas gifts, we were served by this staff, at first they were friendly, as my daughter will be paying for the gifts, she has only a small budget to spend, after hearing the budget, we could see the staff serving us had a change of attitude, and seemed to rush us along quickly, we managed to pick the one they had recommended to us, and then they were rushing for us to pay, but before even got us to the till, they started serving someone else and we actually saw another perfume we might want to buy, anyway by that point we were moved around by 2 other staff to try to get us to the till, we were made to feel quite unwelcome and couldn't wait to leave the shop, my daughter told me that she never had a good experience going to the shop as the staff were never friendly towards her and she would rather buy online. If its not for the price and that we could smell the products before buying, we probably wouldn't want to buy from this shop. I thought we would support local shops so that they don't close down, but with attitude like so, will only push more people to buy things online where they don't have to see the unfriendly attitude of sales staff when you are not spending a huge amount of money, customers can always change their minds, if they saw something else they are interested, who knows they might end up buying more than 1 item as originally planned. No one should be judged.

Awful service, saw gift set for £70 said I want to buy it and then women said no it's wrong price and took it. Never shopping here again.

came here just before lockdown - very patient and friendly staff with great knowledge the lady who served me sprayed a few scents and out the shop I went with 3 new ones, I have looked in on passing for the same lady since COVID lifted and saw her again yesterday it took alot more than a few sprays to get their - but we did with immense patience, went in for 1 perfume went out with 2 and an online purchase - Caroline Herrera 2 varieties and Mugler (the pink one) smells beautiful!! and she will know who she is by these fragrances! thankyou and see you again in 4months or so! x

Had a great service today from the 2 ladies helping me chose my wedding perfume. They were both very patient while I was deciding. Thank you very muchfo all of your helpful suggestions, I would definitely recommend !
