Bethany is absolutely fantastic.
Always so knowledgeable and passionate about fragrance. Bethany is extremely professional, and nothing is ever too much trouble. And she labels the test strips so I can take home to my son so he can choose his favourite too.

The member of staff that served me and my daughter was very helpful unfortunately due to another member of staff who made pushing gestures as we were leaving the store, I am disabled and need a mobility scooter to shop, then made a comment to her colleague before continuing to make the gestures neither me or my daughter will shop here every again and we will make sure our family and friends shop elsewhere

The store staff were amazing however, the customer services team online have been terrible. The low rating are for them. I returned a perfume to store in which store advised the online customer services team to process refund back to me. I have emailed the customer services team to confirm I have dropped off & also followed up as I have no update on whether the refund is being processed or not - no response for two weeks now. I had to purchase the correct perfume & await the refund & this delay has put me out of pocket for two weeks.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!If I could give 0 stars I would. This retailer that apparently prides it's self on customer service.I placed an order on the 20th paid £6.99 for special next day delivery and did not not receive item until Christmas eve which was too late. Not only was it late, but one of the product was not what I had purchased online and instead was given an inferior version!!Now they are even ignoring my emails!! THE ABSOLUTE CHEEK!I WANT A REFUND FOR THE DELIVERY AND THE CORRECT ITEM DELIVERED!
