Had a nice delicious wings dinner with cocktails this evening. Great ambience and brilliant service by Colin and Vanina! Impeccable service by both, amazing personalities, demeanour and professionalism. They made our stay at the restaurant memorable and pleasant. Give both a raise! ????

Everything you'd expect from TGI Fridays in terms of food. But what was fantastic was the service we had from Colin. It's a shame you don't se customer service like this very often any more. Thanks Colin, you're too class.

Visited TGI Fridays with my partner. We had a lovely experience the food was very yummy and the two for one cocktail full of flavour :) i love a mojito and they make the best ones. A special mention to V she was a delight, very chatty, smiley, she made us feel very welcomed and looked after us, thanks V :)

We were served by the lovely Vanina today. Excellent service. Vanina moved us to a warmer area of the restaurant, as they had trouble with the heating system. Lovely friendly and attentive, a credit to the restaurant

Today at TGI?s Highwycombe our children had a visit from the Grinch and Mrs clause the children loved it, TGI?s left activity packs out for each child and a little Christmas picture hunt around the restaurant, food and atmosphere was fab the staff were Amazing deffo recommend ?

Attended the children?s festive event with the Grinch and Mrs Christmas. Excellent value for money, characters repeatedly attending the table, great interaction with the children. Photo opportunities, themed colouring pack and scavenger hunt. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Just had dinner here with my husband and two kids reading previous reviews we thought we would try this place out as my husband has never been to a tgi fridays before. Think this will be the first and last time we will ever go here again, we was seated straight away but then was waiting to order drinks for ages by the time some one finally came round after waiting 25 mins baring in mind people who was seated after us was waited on way before us, we order our food by then our small children was creating as they were hungry and thirsty, food was horrible, the burgers was so dry we ordered two more cokes to have with the food but they forgot by the time we got them we already had enough of waiting,food was to dry to eat with out having a drink so didnt want it by the time they remembered our drinks, service was shocking and what a waste of £108!!! For bad service and bad food would have been better going to the harvester and cheaper!!!
