I'm never going to visit this store again because I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from the store manager Darren Bungay at the store checkouts. During my recent visit to the store, I encountered a level of rudeness and unhelpfulness from Darren that was truly shocking. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially by someone in a managerial position.
It was particularly surprising to learn that Darren is the manager, as his behavior did not reflect the professionalism and customer service standards one would expect from a person in a leadership role. His lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist customers reflects poorly on Tesco as a whole.

Pretty grubby for a Tesco. The self checkouts didn?t work very well as the glass on them was dirty so it was difficult to scan items. The place needs a clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful though.
