When I learned that I was heading to High Wycombe, I had some goals for things I wanted to pick up while I was in England, if I could find them: Oatibix, mushy peas, Hula Hoops, banana mix for milk -- basically stuff I can't buy at home (or that costs a lot more in Canada). Tesco had what I was looking for (and a lot more besides), so I was a happy boy.

A large supermarket. The range of products compared to other stores is not very large. A good selection of wines. Good baking. Many promotional discounts for club cards. Reasonable prices.

Bad access for drivers despite there being a multi-story car park. There was no car park for Tesco shoppers or a discount. The car park is 6 levels and really poorly sign posted and like a dangerous maze. You can only pay on the ground floor and the elevators are extremely slow and faulty and crowded. Took the stairs. In total, we were there for 19 min just to buy a Tesco meal deal bc of the parking, and had to pay £1.50 for the parking.

Ah Tesco, ?every little helps?, in this case, they offer u no help and only increase the prices of everything. As u enter the supermarket be on high alert, there may be a worker pushing alot of trolleys, charging at u and muttering ?move out the way? as if he?s herding sheep on a farm, hoping to find a fiver along the way. As u walk around everything seems in place, and all stocked. Staff are somewhat friendly, I mean they work at Tesco?s, pretty bleak, and probs head to the local pub and talk about club cards. Like any supermarket expect your bank balance to drain, and after your shop u fancy something to eat, head over to the Mexican van, who psst, aren?t even Mexican?
