Received top class customer service whilst buying a new iPhone for the Mrs. today. They could have just sold me a discounted phone and taken the money but instead took the time to transfer everything from her old device to the new one, do a quick repair on my sons phone and spend a few minutes going through the new features offered by the newer model, all at no additional cost. Thanks TechHouse a very good customer experience.

Do not go here! I went here with my parents to get them new cases and new screen protectors after hearing they were the best of the best. Only to arrive home look at my phone and see a huge hair stuck underneath my screen protector, im rather upset as i spent £110 on 3 bloody phone cases and 3 screen protectors.Will be revisiting the shop to have a new one put on free of charge i am highly upset.

Went in to fix a phone that wasn't charging. They tried the cables and couldn't quite figure out what was wrong, saying \\\"this is a first\\\". A simple soft reboot fixed the charging issue and didn't 'charge' me a penny for the fix, even politely declined my offer to buy them a coffee as a thanks. With customer service like this, they have certainly earned my custom going forward. 100% would recommend.

Went to get a screen protector for my phone and everything went really well.They only recommend the right product and are not there to make irrelevabt sales, very professional and knowledgeable.Overall very knowledgeable and professional. Might be tad but pricey but you know, you got the right thing.

Love these guys, dropped and broke my screen. Phone company wanted stupid money to get a new phone as they couldn't fix it. Took to the Tech House in Wycombe and was fixed and working perfect in 30mins. Really helpful and lovely to chat to. Definitely look in to these guys before you replace your phone.

Appalling service!!Had a replacement screen fitted to my iPhone 11 by these cowboys in May this year, end of august the screen went blank and unable to operate the phone. I took the phone back to Tech House High Wycombe, informed the guy what had happened, he looked at the phone and said it was LCD damage and would cost around £249 to investigate the issue and replace the LCD. I asked why this was not covered under their warranty and was told the LCD is different to the actual screen.Not knowing anything about phone repairs I took this as accurate and not wanting to pay that amount of money I may as well sell the phone, popped into CEX and explained the situation, guy said couldn?t buy the phone as cannot see the display and as the phone was not wiped. Asked his advice on the phone, he informed me that the LCD was not separate to the screen when replacing it?s a whole screen unit that gets replaced, he said if Tech House weren?t willing to help to pop into Fonex as they were great and knowledgeable with phone repairs. I did just that, again explained the situation and again informed the screens are all one unit when replacing, he even showed me and explained how they fit them. Seems like if you don?t know anything about phones and their make up, you?ll just be fobbed off by any old BS by Tech House. I had my screen replaced by the Fonex guys for £85 (cheaper than the £109.99 by the Tech House cowboys) this includes a 12 month warranty, they were helpful, friendly and professional, they took the time to explain things and give me great advice. They gave me back the faulty screen in which I went back to Tech House to show them that the LCD and screen are not 2 separate components all one unit, the guy denied ever telling me that and when I mentioned that he wanted to charge me £249 to investigate and replace he denied that also. He was rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever!! AVOID!!Please Please do not shop at TECH HOUSE ever!! If you want any phone repairs, please go to Fonex where you?ll get a fantastic service!

Aidan and Josh were very professional and polite, they have both helped me on a number of occasions and I can confidently say that their knowledge of products and customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend them both and this business.

Avoid this company like the plague !! wife iphone 11 cracked screen. Only replaced it with non genuine apple screen and now the phone has water damage and is dead. Oh I wonder why, because of their shoddy workmanship that's why . Now they wont honour their warranty and say water damage is not covered. Well if it has been repaired correctly this would not have happened . They are now trying to wriggle out of their liability . At no point did they state that fitting a non genuine screen would render it as water resistence as a paper towel !! Staffed by idiots who clearly are not apple certified so save your money and expense by never going near this poor excuse for a repair shop.

A phone mount I bought here broke, so I took it back to ask for a refund, and very quickly without question the manager/owner guided the staff to replace the unit as he hadn't seen any others fail. A good example of customer service
