The chemist is really good. Including the chemist , the shop has four checkouts. That they?
Will only let you check out at one. And when the shop is really busy, it can be frustrating to see people standing at the other check outs, not doing anything.

Can?t remember her name but my partner says it might be Sue? Her daughter is a make up artist and she gave me fantastic help today in the make up section. I really loved how friendly she was and how helpful! I?ll be back x

Visited on 19/12/24 with my mum. Busy afternoon at christmas but the lady stocking makeup was so lovely and helpful I had to leave a review. Didn?t catch her name but shes a great asset to the store and really made our shopping experience good. Also the lady on the perfume counter was also helpful, kind and efficient.

Extremely rude staff. Told us to move out of the doorway twice, in a very condescending and passive aggressive way. We were barely in the doorway, nor was it busy at all. Funnily enough, I was paused outside of the doorway to double-check my receipt as they had charged me wrongly.

Lady on till was extremely rude!! She was on tills at the perfume shop!! We asked her if anyone was serving and she said nah I'm not ........next thing she came down to the other tills about 10 mins later extremely rude and unprofessional (had blonde hair sosgy mascara so lashes were really thick) and an accent she wasn't really interested in helping us or any customers tried to sell us the rubbish woven bags then she started to moan when we changed them as the plastic ones were bigger she also complained that there was no room to put all purchases.....she should re think her career

the girl at the till was beyond rude and was acting like it was a massive chore for her to help me? blonde hair and had maybe a russian accent? ( i don?t know ).
don?t work somewhere that requires you to have customer service if you don?t know how to talk to people properly.
please look into the type of people who you hire as if she keeps treating customers like this it will look very very bad on the store as a whole.

I didn?t like being rushed by the staff member at the tills.
As soon as I paid they said ?bye! Next please?
Gave me the impression that they wanted me gone as soon as possible.
All customers should be allowed to take their time.
Not even a smile, ?hello, how are you? Did you get everything you wanted today??
On the shop floor, not one member of staff asked if I needed any help or even said hello. I believe that the staff don?t want to help or even talk to customers from what I experienced and observed.

Very unhelpful stuff , they say OK and then nothing has been done about something you asked for , they completely ignore you doesn?t matter how nice you are , please get grip or stay home don?t come to work , best regards, Dorian

Extremely rude staff I believe it was the manager screeching at me when I had a peak in an already open draw (diddnt touch anything) to see if the hair dye I wanted was just not put out yet. When he saw this she put her foot on the draw almost slamming my hand in the draw. I explained the situation she Extremely rudly told me "well if we had it it would be on the shelf here obviously" and shouted over me. 0 customer service and just blatantly rude! All while she was on her phone too might I add!

Horrible worker greeted me saying that I had opened a product which I had not. I tried explaining to her that I?m looking at the inside because it was already opened by someone else and she was having none of it and snatched it out my hand. I didn?t appreciate her accusing me of doing something I had not and when I tried to calmly explain she was not understanding and it was her way or no way. She also unfolded the sticker to put it back on to pretend it was brand new. I could have ended up buying the product but no I walked out and will not be returning to a shop with such rude workers. She was treating me as if I?m someone less than her and as if I was a 10 year old girl and not a grown woman.

Annoying - will have the cards out for mens Razors. Queue up then get to the counter (sometimes can be 20 min wait) ?sorry out of stock?! This is a regular occurrence and the staff look shocked that one should get slightly irritated by this. Do as others do - if it is out of stock take it off display!!
