If you do go here please book with Maria! She?s the best one here and she will try to make sure your hair looks exactly like the picture you show.I?m autistic and don?t communicate very well with strangers. I hadn?t had a hair cut in 4 years and she was very patient with me. I do say always say you want longer hair then you actually want because they always cut it a little shorter but definitely only book with Maria! The other girl who was cutting the lady?s hair behind me didn?t know what she was doing and was quite rude to the customer to the point Maria had to tell her to cut more off the the customer as she was asking her to do so. The bad reviews on her the the ones who didn?t book maria so definitely book her!!

The lady who styled my hair was very considerate to cutting my hair how l wanted, then l decided l wanted a little more cut of the length. The lady in charge kept expressing the price will cost me more for have 3 inches off instead of 1 inch. At each stage reprimanded my stylist rather aggressively when doing a simple wash and cut, telling that costs you more for that, making all very uncomfortable. My stylist was excellent, but the lady in charge should never reprimand her workers, especially in front of customers or when with a client, totally unprofessional. I could see my stylist was saddened by the lady in charge! However, 5 star to my stylist, though, for her great service. Shame the lady in charge that day made it a not great experience, a bully in the work place is not acceptable, all she cared about is running up the costs of the services.

Always a bit concerned to try a new stylist, but I needn't have worried. Maria has been recommended by a friend, and I came away with the best haircut I think I have ever had! Maria knew instinctively what needed to be done, and set about styling my unruly mop very creatively. Very impressed, and will be returning. Thank you Maria xx

Having visited the store, it is regrettable to note that the staff's approach lacked the expected warmth and hospitality. The overall impression was one of a desire to expedite customer exits, rather than fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Personal encounters with the staff revealed a notable lack of friendliness, and their behavior conveyed an unwelcoming tone. It is with this firsthand experience that I would caution against considering this store, as the atmosphere created by the staff may not align with the expectations of potential customers seeking a positive retail experience.AVOID GOING HERE

Walked in, waited about 25 mins in the queuing system, was given a superb wash, cut and blow dry in no time. Maria is very professional and has been cutting my hair for the past 4/5 years. I booked in to the salon, and popped off to shop, then returned 15 minutes later. I had a wash, cut and blow dry. I had taken a photo along, and I have to say I was very pleased with the result. I would recommend this salon.

Very pleased overall. I did online queuing so I didn't have long to wait once I arrived at the salon. The salon was clean, bright and reasonably maintained. The hairdresser did a brilliant graduated bob cut for a reasonable price. The only downside was the hairdresser made many comments about the poor condition of my hair (I colour it at home) and so I felt judged and criticised which made me feel a bit sad but the cut was lovely.Service: Hairstyling

He took 50 pounds from me and burned my hair as a gift. I told him to cut my long bob and he cut me very short. I didn't have a good experience with the girl with the glasses

Rude and unprofessional behaviour - the light hair lady is probably racist (unconsciously). After my rude encounter I went straight to Rush and got my haircut. If you?re going here, just remember it?s cheaper but you get treated cheaply.

Pointless queuing system. It said I would have to wait 1 hour 17 mins but when I arrived she said I would have to wait another hour and 40 mins. Waste of time I won't be going back.
