The food was good. Didn't dine in, but there was no atmosphere at all. It was dead quiet. There were two people eating in.

Visited this branch 4 times in the last 5 weeks or so, going back each time giving them the benefit of the doubt that "things" would have improved but alas and sadly, still no positive change!
1. No greeting or even a smile when you walk in/approach the counter
2. The staff member just stares at you in a condescending manner, waiting for you to give your meal order as opposed to saying eg " how can I help?" or "what would you like?"
3. Whilst they ask what size Sub you want, they don't always ask which bread and tend to go for one of THEIR own choice
4. They put in very small portions in the Sub (is this bcos they take the leftovers at the end of the day as a perk of the job and are trying to retain as much as they can for themselves?!)
5. They refuse to put in other ingredients when requested (ie which are not included in the Sub) even though I had stated that I would be happy to pay for those "extras" -- does your till system not allow for them to do this considering the business has been running for years?
6. No "thanks" or "bye" or any acknowledgement at the end of the transaction
7. The whole aura of the staff comes across as rude, bordering on hostile. How do you think that a makes a customer feel when they are spending their hard-earned money to give to your business and almost feeling "insulted" in the process?
My experience in your other Subway branches has been positive but I cannot ascertain why this particular branch has such issues.
The staff need to realise that ultimately it's the customers that pay their salaries and NOT be of the mindset that they can behave in an unacceptable manner bcos they know they will get their "pay packet" at the end of the week/month regardless.
I give this constructive and honest feedback with sincerity in the hope that it will benefit the business/staff.
Perhaps your training programme needs to be revisited and amended accordingly? Or the staff need a refresher training course? But having said that; basic manners and saying basic greetings is something that should be "part of the person" and NOT something that needs to be "taught" in a training session.
Whilst losing me as a customer may not have much impact on your business, but when you start losing many more; it will !

the girl in the breakfast is very negative, she doesn't ask you what vegetables you need in a sandwich, her service is horrible

I cant even put in to words how bad this subway actually is, from the terrible/cant be bothered customer service, to a really bad main manger who is running the place in to the ground. I have tried to give them the benefit but not worth the disappointment anymore. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Also why is it such a dam issue to put extras on even if I've said I would happily pay for them. you have completely ruined the concept of how subway works and I wont be back.

Worst customer service I have ever seen from a subway! Not to mention about the food it was awful a the bread had so much seasoning on one side which made the whole subway taste off! I will not be returning to this subways as I?ve been disappointed numerous time now. What a waste of money!

Arrived at your Cressex Branch at 18:55 only to find it all locked & door signed saying shut 18:30 online says different.
Completely wasted journey.

Went back after a few month hoping things had improved. But staff still look miserable, lack of basic customer service, and there's no interaction, the lady on the till almost threw the cookies at me , and my Italian herb and cheese bread tasted stale despite being toasted.
