So disappointed, They have closed off the viewing so you can no longer watch your sub get made, resulting in 3 of my four subs being made incorrect. If I could have seen as per usual I would have been able to tell them what they did wrong and get it fixed there instead of getting home to find out. Not appetizing, Last time going to this subway.

I had the worst experience here at this subway. The lady serving is so rude. I came here with my sister and we spent 13£ on the sandwitches to spend a quality time. But she spoiled our moods. She is so so rude since we ordered food. We were eating on the table and she asked us to leave because she had to mop the floor. On my objection she started getting more rude. Then my sister shouted at her and it really spoiled our mood and time

Bought a meatball marinara sub from here. Was tasty and good service ?? I was the only one in the shop too so the atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing too.

Had an argument with the woman serving about what I asked for. I have never had problems before. She started preparing a foot-long sub without giving me the option of a smaller one. She seemed irritated when I asked for a smaller one. She toasted the cheese and moved on to the salad without adding the veg patty. I very clearly asked for a patty. Even the person behind me butted in and told her I asked for one.

Me and my brother and friend decided to go to subway as we like there food but we were in shock?. When we entered my friend ordered 1 kids meal she got her food perfectly. When it came my turn to order I ordered 2 kids meal one for me one for my brother they gave me 2 kids meal sandwiches and I payed. When we sat down my friend went up and explained how they only gave us one sandwich each when we need 2snacks and 2drinks ( I was too nervous to go back up there) they said that they wasn?t aloud to give us it because we alr took the food I ORDERED TWO KIDS MEAL I GOT TWO CRUMSSSSS. Not satisfied at all and they were extremely rude as well when I was finished I got a bit hot so I stood outside (before the door was Alr opened) when I reterned to the restaurant they SCREAMED telling me to close the door. very disappointed

Very rude staff , once i had to leave for an emergency,as my card wasn't working, the manager and her colleague shouted at me , because they had to throw it away, i apologised saying it wasn't my fault, and offered to make it right, all i got was a rude response.Do not come here for a subway, unless in a hurry, apart from the good food , do not bother with this place, very rude staff especially the manager

They have absolutely no idea about basic food hygiene. It is totally unsuitable for vegetarians, as the cheese and salad items are contaminated when the sub makers ('sandwich artists') stick their gloved hands, which they've used to add meat products, into them. Also the door leading out to the bus station is usually locked, so it is necessary to exit via the other door and walk round.

Ordered via Deliveroo and when my order arrived it was completely wrong. Called to let them know and was basically told "just eat it". When I asked what they were going to do they said they'd take my name down as an IOU and give me a free cookie next time? Doubt that'll happen and I won't be ordering again from this store. Manager didn't seem to care. Thank god Deliveroo refunded me directly.
