Just had a deliveroo delivery. Bought a steak salad and browns. Missing vegan cheese, got given tomatoes when I'm allergic to them and I never got my 6 hasbrowns that I paid for. Absolutely fuming. Tried phoning but incorrect number.

Aya or at least from what i could read on her name badge was extremly rude to one of her coworkers in front of custumers , it is dusgusting to see people being treated that way.

This is the most vile subway I have ever visited. They tried leaving a piece of meat that had been dropped in and hiding it with cheese. The lady was very rude on changing it. It was disgusting and unclean horrible service. They charged extra for wanted more but added the tiniest bit more after paying the extra. This was appalling and what made it worse was the attitude of this lady. Never visit disgusting

Ordered delivery, took an hour to leave the takeaway, and then they gave it to wrong driver! Didn't receive it at all. Was unable to contact takeaway as number wrong on website. Shocking service.

Food arrived ice cold and was disgusting. The portion size was small and the baguette crumbled all over the place. This place needs shutting down! How can they let food leave their shop like that! Clearly don't care about their customers! I am fuming!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have received. No professionalism at all and no manners on how to talk to female customers. We were recommended to walk 2 minutes towards the Eden centre by the staff as they were disgusted by how we were treated by the male staff working there. That sums up how bad the situation is.

These scumbags sent me a frozen sub. Literally barely defrosted chicken inside of it and entire sub ice cold. Also I asked for tomato and in a footlong sub they put ONE tomato slice. Absolute crooks! How they?ve sent a sub out like that I?ll never know.
