I?m really disappointed with Sports Direct. I bought clothes for my teenage kids, knowing there was a chance they wouldn?t like them ? but I assumed I could return anything that didn?t fit or suit. Turns out, they don?t do refunds, only credit notes! This wasn?t made clear at all until I got to the till, where there?s a tiny sign.
If I?d known, I wouldn?t have taken the risk. Feels really sneaky ? this policy should be clearly displayed before you buy anything. Won?t be shopping there again.

I had a very terrible and disappointing experience at Sports Direct in High Wycombe, all because of one employee who he said he?s the shop manager , he was making me feel very uncomfortable and started to harassing me from first minute I went there and then following me around for no reason , just because the way I looked and dressed and taking my time walk around the shop..only reason I can think of?.
and when I asked him for his name he didn?t give me his name and said no then he gave me one number, and he said this is my employer number which is I?m not sure this is real or fake one . And then I take his picture because I wanted showing his bos who he was.. and after he became very very aggressive to me with lots of swear, then he blocked me with his body plus pushing ? and holding me down with his hand when I want to leave the shop ?.
I never ever had an experience like this in all my life.I?m very upset because of what happened to me in this shop ?.

I had an unpleasant experience at Sports Direct in High Wycombe due to an employee named Simon. He was dismissive, unprofessional, and downright rude when I asked for help. Rather than assisting, he acted as if my questions were an inconvenience. Good customer service is essential in retail, but Simon clearly doesn?t understand that. Disappointed with the experience and won?t be in a hurry to return.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sports Direct in High Wycombe, all because of an employee named Simon. He was rude, unhelpful, and made no effort to provide decent customer service. When I asked for assistance, he responded with a bad attitude and seemed irritated, as if I was bothering him. There?s no excuse for treating customers this way. I won?t be returning if this is how they allow their staff to behave.

Terrible staff attitude!!!
I had a terrible experience at Sports Direct in High Wycombe due to an employee named Simon. He was incredibly rude and dismissive when I asked for help. Instead of assisting me, he seemed annoyed by my questions and acted like he couldn?t be bothered. Customer service should be a priority, but Simon?s attitude made me feel unwelcome. I won?t be shopping here again if this is the level of service they provide.

Rude staff lacking any customer service skills. Have visited the new Eden centre store twice which has a poorly stocked women?s section with very little worth buying. Bought something on my first visit, was asked if I wanted a bag. Forgot to charge me for the bag so put through a separate transaction, only something went wrong so the staff member had to go and find help. They kept me waiting for over five minutes whilst trying to figure out the till for the sake of a 10p bag. On my second visit I returned the item bought previously, only to be told they do not issue refunds only exchanges or credit. I asked why I wasn?t told this at the point of sale only for them to say ?we don?t, it?s written all over the shop? it?s written once in small font on a small sign at the till which I obviously didn?t see. When I began to complain it was pointed out that the returns policy is ?clearly? written on the receipt and I should have seen it? which I only would have seen after I bought the item? shiny new store but rubbish women?s stock and brain dead staff.

New store is clean and well lit at least but I hate the way women?s wear is relegated to the first floor sharing small floor space with kids. Couldn?t find any choice in what I came in looking for and left. Very progressive SD!! Won?t be bothering to come back.
