Was in Sportscrest in High Wycombe yesterday to have a number applied to the back of a football shirt, and they did a really fantastic job. I supplied the shirt and the number, and they heat-pressed it onto the shirt quickly and expertly. Even though the shop was very busy with ?back to school? customers at the time, the service was efficient and friendly.
I?ve used Sportscrest before for name and number applications and they?ve always been excellent ? consistent quality, reliable turnaround, and a great local service. Highly recommended!

The girl that served me, was excellent. The manager had personalised our school bag incorrectly, but the way in which he walked off, was dismissive and rude is unacceptable. Within retail it?s important to ensure a good customer experience. Well done to the other retail staff who were fantastic. Management needs to be looked at.

I could not rate SportCrest highly enough.
Not only did we get the best possible advice in buying a new cricket helmet for our 9 year old son but they did a first-class job in restoring his well-used Gray-Nicolls bat. This was their suggestion as we were only going to change the grip but we left with a like-new bat which they prepared overnight. Exceptional service.

Company with really bad credit. I ordered some badminton string online with full payment taken, where their price has been defined lower than elsewhere. But they cancelled my order after realizing the price difference. Avoid this shop.

Stefanie gave me first class customer service when I was trying to purchase a basketball for my son. Nothing was too much trouble for her & she went over and beyond to help me get the best price.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop?s customer service. I came to exchange my daughter?s school uniform, which was unworn with tags attached, for tights as the school had provided her uniform. My daughter just joined the school last month, but I had misplaced the receipt during the busy Christmas season. Instead of showing understanding, the manager (also the owner) was dismissive, accused me of buying it years ago despite it being this year?s style, and refused to help. He then displayed shocking behavior by sarcastically laughing and mockingly saying, ?Have a good day? multiple times, joined by his staff. It was clear from his attitude that he looks down on others, and his behavior came across as racist and degrading. People like him might think money makes them successful, but this type of conduct will take him nowhere. Business comes and goes, and he will eventually lose customers and money with such unprofessionalism. I?ve been through enough in life to know that he will understand only when he?s in the same situation. Good luck with that attitude!

I was with my child, and at no point did I exchange any harsh words. It?s shameful that you?re lying about this. The staff brought you over because you?re the manager and you approved the exchange. What a shameful act from you. Your attempt to twist the facts is unacceptable. Check your CCTV if needed?it will prove the truth.

Very friendly, polite and professional staff. Got what I needed within minutes. Definitely, a very good sports shop. Will go again. Totally recommend them.

This shop is deceptive, it has a surprisingly wide range of good quality and well priced ski wear. I visited a couple of weeks ago and the staff could not have been more helpful, they provided great advice and I walked away with an entire new ski wardrobe with the benefit of a nice discount. I highly recommend this shop.

Was told about James? work at SportCrest prior to visiting Wycombe from New York. Brought on some shirts of mine that needed touching up and this is the first. Previously without a name and number on the back, it looks like it always had one on. James does a heck of a good job and the service is beyond friendly!!
