Very lovely staff and very helpful. They didn't rush and they gave me the time to think about the options I had.
They made me feel very welcome and paid attention to my needs.
I hope they keep up the good work because it makes such a huge difference for people who need glasses and they might be in difficult situations.
Nice people go a long way and Specsavers has the right cards to do that.

Good service.
But why do you now have to stand in the door entrance to be ?checked-in?, reminiscent of what they had in place during the covid pandemic. Very poor arrangement.

A very pleasant and reassuring visit. Lovely optician and staff were very helpful finding my right glasses without being pushy

When I arrived at the store, I waited in the queue to be assisted, but several people were served ahead of me, which caused a delay in my appointment.
After the eye test ? during which I was treated very well, I must say ? I went downstairs to choose my glasses. Unfortunately, this is when my experience began to deteriorate.
The lady who initially assisted me showed no interest in helping. She simply placed me in a chair at the back of the store and left me waiting for nearly an hour, without any explanation or further assistance. I was on the verge of leaving without completing my purchase when, thankfully, a kind and helpful young lady noticed me and stepped in.
Only then was it explained to me that I had been directed to the men?s section ? meaning I had to get up and start choosing frames all over again. The first staff member had not even taken the time to guide me properly.
In the end, I did manage to complete my purchase, but I wasted an hour unnecessarily and felt completely overlooked.
For this reason, I do not recommend Specsavers in High Wycombe. The customer service was extremely poor, and the overall experience left me very disappointed.

If I could give High wycombe SpecSavers a minus rating I would. The 2nd time they have been rude and utterly disrespectful. Actually it's not the staff it's just the Manager Anju or whatever her name is. I asked for my glasses to be tightened as they kept falling off my face. The young lady at the desk heated and bent them to shape. When I got home one of the arms just fell off. I promptly went back and asked for them to fix or replace my glasses as they were under a year old and it wasn't my fault. The young lady and another member agreed that heating does this...but then the manager took over and Actually said its because I yank them off my face and I pulled on the spring?? The hinge was intact and her accusations were bang out of order. Crap customer service and a horrid woman with no manners. How dare she make assumptions. Awful awful service... so I walked out and went to vision express who were great and helped me out FREE of charge.

Received an emergency appointment after a GP referral. Polite efficient service, minimal wait time, Optometrist, was excellent, gave needed reassurance.

I had a voucher for a free eye test through work. My eye test was in late afternoon and then I had to wait a long time for an assistant to go through options with me. I was pressurised to buy glasses that day so I could use the discount (in connection with the voucher). I didn?t like any of the frames, but in the end chose some. When I came a week after to check my prescription before they order lenses, (as I was worried it was a big change from my previous prescription), the store manager said she?d remembered me because I was the last one who came out of the store! That was rude and unprofessional! She is the one who should have organised appointments better because I had to wait a long time to see an assistant!
A few weeks after I bought glasses, I had a telephone call that I owed money for my eye test. I had already given them the voucher for the free eye test from my work! I explained that over the phone and the person who called me said it was all good and no need to pay.
Today I have received an email where they ask me to pay for my eye test again!
I only went to Specsavers because I had a free eye test and a discount and this is totally disorganised and unprofessional!

Optometrist, was very good (listened to my issues and fed back well to questions).
