Very lovely staff and very helpful. They didn't rush and they gave me the time to think about the options I had.
They made me feel very welcome and paid attention to my needs.
I hope they keep up the good work because it makes such a huge difference for people who need glasses and they might be in difficult situations.

Was awful experience as others here my problem was with anju and lack of service. Wrote a big email to customer service at head office snd it was referred to her. Still not resolved am saving to go elsewhere.

Good service.
But why do you now have to stand in the door entrance to be ‘checked-in’, reminiscent of what they had in place during the covid pandemic. Very poor arrangement.
