Plugged my VW ID3 into one charge port and it would not work. Tried 6 times. Fortunately the station is staffed by friendly staff who told me there was another charger on the other side of the office. I plugged in there and had no issues, it charged just fine. I now have one correct charge on my credit card statement plus 6 ( yes six ) pre charges of 55 GBP (330 GBP ) where I tried repeatedly to get a connection. I also have 4 precharges of 100 Euros from a Total Energies France for the same problem so my trip from abroad currently costs 840 GBP just for the electricity I didn't get. I assume and hope these will be removed soon. I give 3 points because at least, with some stress I could buy electricity, unlike Total Energies where I gave up and crawl into Dover on my last battery reserves. It all needs to work much better

Ever since they reopened nothing works any more!!
Been using this site for a year now without trouble until they reopened, and now twice I had it when the tyre pressure machine is not working, asked for help and they said they?re aware, so why not display a sign saying so!!

No facilities, no toilet, so if you need to recharge your vehicle and you will need s toilet ,you are in trouble, the 3 man's saying every day the same words ; SORRY TOILET BROKEN ! ....so perhaps Management can teach their staff to keep available the toilet for customer .

They closed the toilets, staff said its blocked. Very disappointed came all the way to Shell.

Great place easy to go and great polite staff. Not long ago had an issue which was my fault, but the staff were so understanding and helpful that really made my day better after stressful day at work. Well done and keep up the great work.

(Lazy staff) I visited this shell on 29/01/2024 at around 2am I bought 3 items and done some fuel I paid everything and I was being nice to them when I get back to car I remember that I forgot to buy something when I go back for the forgotten item the staff refused to serve me I asked him why he said I came too many times he can?t serve me it?s sooo disappointing and it was two staff working there they are just standing on till chatting each other wasting time but when I need my item they refused I?mregular customer this happened to me second time when I ask him for name please sir he said talk my picture and go and complain anywhere you want. then he laughed at me I was so worried it?s not fair at alll if they don?t like to give customer service I really don?t understand why they coming work

Easy to go to. I use the app to fuel so its no issue. Small and sometimes I have to wait to fuel up. The last pump on the left is generally out.

Double charges for items then refuses refunds claiming it didn?t go through even showing on banking app as gone through twice was basically called a liar

Incompetent staff couldn't use their own tills and then blamed customer, asking to make a special visit back another day to redeem shell app offer. No apology or communication about thenprobythey were having. Really disappointing.
