Shoulda gone to specsavers. In this case your should of cuz its literally opposite this dam building. U might even get a better service and more variety in glassess. Its funny cuz aren't opticians meant to help improve ur sight? Ive been going blind ever since. What to say? Staff are somewhat rigid, you'd think they can barely see you. Prices are expensive, they really do try pressure u for the expensive frames as if they get a bonus. Deep down that bonus would barely cover a tesco meal deal. I do say good eye testing, yet a sneaky feeling they make the letters more blurry to convince your blind. Now if your waiting for your appointment, dont get excited theres only one chair in the middle of the room, making it so awkward, as if your gonna receive a lap dance from someone. Once your done, go down to chaiwalla and get some hot chai to ease your throat, as i swear the smell in there gets you all tingly, and not in a good way.

They provide a really good service. I always get my eyes tested here. Good advice is provided in choosing something that will work well for you and be comfortable. Lovely staff, the manager is excellent.

Excellent customer service and the best optician I have ever encountered. Frames last a long time and are well built. I saw many opticians before coming here and it was her who realised I needed a prism lens. Many years of suffering over! Love them!

Scivens HW provided a first class service for my hearing test and I subsequently received excellent hearing aids. I have returned a couple of times and on each occasion I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks Iqra, Shefali and all the team.

Basically, I went to there to buy glasses and there was this girl was proper rude to me. And the manager actually didn't say anything to her. I was asking her question regarding there services and the way she was replying was inappropriate. She actually start swearing. I hope the owner of this business knows what has been happening in his shop and start recruiting more professional and decent people, because the people that worked there now are really far from that kind of service. Finally I got glasses from vision express and happy about the product and service.
