SIKANDER AND DAN. AMAZING GUYSI went into the store with a broken machine, for which I had lost a single screw. Previous to coming to Toolstation I had tried various places with no luck. I was met by Sikander, who was from the offset very sympathetic to my problem and how it was impacting my business and customers with my machine not working. He was extremely helpful and reassuring and tried everything to help make it work. I was in the store for over an hour, and then his colleague Dan offered to help too. Dan was reluctant to let me leave the store with my problem unsolved so he insisted I hang around and these two gentleman both tried absolutely everything to help me and in the end i left with my machine fixed. These two guys are both customer service champioins, and customer satisfaction was at the centre of their efforts. A very heart warming experience in what was for me a very stressful situation. These guys however totally turned my day around and I left overwhelmed by their service. Truly valuable assets to the company and I hope they get the recognition they deserve for going above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you both so much!

This is a place that has GOOD customer service advisors. Young gentleman: Ben and his colleague made sure that they helped me find the right sized lock to replace an old one that I had gone in search of. He was extremely helpful, patient and polite throughout the long search. When we returned to see if they had round door latch, the service was good too

Exceptional service this evening from Jay duty manager above and beyond. Usually use trade counter but I found Jay to be more attentive and helpful than the usual guy.

I had a problem with a radiator, I had ordered the wrong size. Andy helped me pack up the old one and sort out a new one. He helped me through everything and it was a good experience.
